How safe?

We have taken every possible steps to prevent fraud and to provide a safe environment for you to shop. We are using MOLpay Online Payment Gateway MOLPay  as our payment gateway. It supports several types of payment methods such as VISA, MasterCard and If you don't have a credit card, MOLpay also supports internet banking services such as M2U or CIMBclicks.

Currently we also support the world's most reliable method of making online payment.

What confidential information does retain?
We only collect information pertaining to your order. This includes your Billing Address, Shipping Address and Email Address. In addition, we also collect information of your IP address, browser type and Refer URL data. We use this data for transactional, security and marketing reasons.

Will my personal information be passed to anyone else?

Absolutely NOT. We will not pass your personal information to others without your permission.


3 Ordering and Payment

What form of payment does accept?
We accept secure online payment through our website.

What happens after placing the order?
Instantly an email will be sent to you, with the full details of your order. Your order will be processed and if there is any need to contact you, we will email or if theres a need to talk to you, we will contact you by phone.

All orders are shipped within 72 hours, Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes you can.  Contact us immediately through or click  contact us to make your cancellation or to change your orders.  If goods are already sent, you can still reject them by sending back the goods to us and a full refund will be made in the form of Discount Coupon(Voucher).  But you need to ensure that the goods are still in good order, or preferably still in the boxes. And you may have to bear the courier charges for the return of the goods.

How is the shipping rate?
We offer free shipping to Peninsular Malaysia for purchase above RM100. But for international shoppers, the shipping rate varies from country to country. Please contact us for a quote on international shipping rates.

How soon will my package arrive?
For domestic orders, we use POSLAJU courier, goods are sent out within 3 working days from confirmation of payment. For international orders, to keep the transport charges as low as possible, we usually fall back on Post Office Registered Post, which can take as long as 2 weeks.  But if you are willing to pay more in order to cut down delivery time, we can send the goods by courier, which usually takes about 3 working days to EU or USA.
