Meet Hector Picard, a motivational speaker and also the world's first double arm amputee IronMan. He recently cycled 3,050 miles in 36 days across the USA for a baby's future prosthetic arms - "Hands for Baby Jameson" - and raised a little over $20,000. He promised Jameson's parents that he would one day teach him how to change a tire without hands, and in this video he does just that using nothing but his feet, teeth, and stub.
